چکیده
The genus Alchemilla L. has about 1000 species in the world flora, of which 35 grow Ukraine. most common Ukraine are A. flabellata Bus., phegophila Juz. and subrenata Bus. Despite widespread distribution publication a monograph on herb collective - Herba Alchemillae (Alchemiilla vulgaris sensu latiore) State Pharmacopoeia Ukraine, chemical composition, pharmacological properties insufficiently studied, therefore, it is advisable to study composition flora for their introduction into medical pharmaceutical practice.
aim work was component quantitative content essential oils flowers leaves some L.
Materials methods. Flowers Alchemilla. harvested Ivano-Frankivsk region 2020 2021.
were determined by chromato-mass spectrometric method. compounds identified comparing obtained mass spectra chromatographic peak with reference based comparison database. Quantitative determination substances raw material performed standard sample menthol.
Results. oil Bus obtained. It found that highest characterized (16884.6 mg / kg), least contained Phegophila (4895.5 kg). As result studying 48, 51 47 identified, 44, 48 43 respectively. 31 components studied samples materials.
Conclusions. Due as well considering known activity its components, conduct further studies materials antibacterial, anti-inflammatory antitumor
